With over 20 years of commercial property experience Mike has a broad range of commercial property knowledge and specialises in Valuation, Landlord and Tenant, Development and Compulsory Purchase work.

Mike is a graduate of Cambridge University and a former Officer in the British Army (Royal Engineers) serving around the world for seven years. Previously, Mike worked for Mathews & Goodman in Manchester and set up the commercial arm of a large Land Agency practice in Preston. Mike has extensive knowledge within commercial property and advises a number of PLC Boards.

He is a fellow of the R.I.C.S. and is an examiner for the professional membership exams.
