NOLAN REDSHAW APPOINTED BY HAMMERSON ON THE ROCK
Nolan Redshaw has been appointed by Hammerson as joint agent for The Rock retail and leisure development in Bury.
Nolan Redshaw will work alongside existing agents, CBRE and GCW, to assist with targeting local and regional occupiers to join the £350m scheme.
The Rock comprises 506,000 sq ft of retail accommodation, alongside a new 10-screen Vue multiplex cinema, a 24-lane bowling centre and eight new restaurants. The retail offering is anchored by Debenhams and Marks & Spencers, alongside a range of other flagship stores, such as Next, River Island, H&M, Primark and Cult Clothing.
Steven Manifold, of Nolan Redshaw, commented: "To be asked by Hammerson to be involved in The Rock scheme is fantastic. Not only is The Rock a great destination for high street brands, it is also a fabulous opportunity for local and regional retailers to relocate alongside big names. The mix of tenants, along with the leisure element, will give a real buzz to Bury when the scheme opens in July".
