With nearly two decades of commercial property experience Mike has a broad range of commercial property knowledge and specialises in Development, Valuation, Landlord and Tenant and Compulsory Purchase work.
Mike is a graduate of Cambridge University and a former Officer in the British Army (Royal Engineers) serving around the world for seven years. Previously, Mike worked for Mathews & Goodman in Manchester and set up the commercial arm of a large land agency practice in Preston. Mike has extensive knowledge within commercial property and advises a number of PLC Boards.
He is a fellow, and an active member of the R.I.C.S. sitting on the regional board and is an examiner for the professional membership exams. With three sons, Mike has a busy home life but still finds the time to enjoy skiing and shooting.
