Louisa has over 12 years' commercial property experience gained working throughout the UK but predominantly in the North West. She has a broad property knowledge, particularly in relation to valuation and Landlord & Tenant issues. In addition, she has over 4 years experience within the hospitality & leisure sector dealing with pubs, hotels, restaurants, spas and caravan parks.
As Head of Management within Nolan Redshaw, Louisa oversees the day to day management of a large and varied portfolio of high profile client instructions throughout the North West. She also assists with associated professional work.
Louisa is an active member of the RICS and a former Chair of Manchester RICS matrics. She is also an APC Dr, offering support and guidance to APC candidates both within Nolan Redshaw and externally.
Originally born and bred in Lincolnshire, Louisa has lived in the North West for over 15 years and is a keen horse rider with her own horse.
